Rattling Sceptre binding to wrong skeletal minion

Level 20 witch in Mawdun Mine,
I noticed that my skeletal warriors from the level 5 Skeletal Warrior Minion Rattling Sceptre were not respawning.

In order to try and incite a respawn I de-equipped my Rattling Staff; which caused my Skeletal Arsonists to despawn. Re-equipping the Rattling Staff resummoned the Skeletal Arsonists.

The incorrect binding persists through exit to character select screen both when Rattling Staff is equipped and unequipped.

Removing the Skeletal Arsonist Skill from equipped gems adds back the Skeletal Warriors but in the incorrect number, (2 instead of 3) and causes the Skeletal Arsonist gem to cost more Spirit to increase levels.
