Huntress, Lightning spear with scattershot broken

Lightning spear has a projectile tag, and scattershot works on projectiles, however its not shooting 3 projectiles as I believe it should be. It's not shooting any additional projectiles.

The spear itself is not the projectile. The lightnings that come out of it are the projectiles. Though, I cannot tell if its more projectiles with scattershot.

It has a property:
Modifiers to the number of Projectiles fired only affect the maximum number of lightning bolt Projectiles |
|
|
But with a standard spear throw it works correctly.
