Several jewels (divines worth) disappeared with dawn of hunt patch

Hi Poe2 team,

With dawn of hunt, I see that some jewel sockets were removed from the passive skill tree and I had (divines worth) jewels in these sockets that no longer exist. The jewels that used to be in these sockets are gone, they were not stored in my stash after the patch. Please help! some of my most valuable jewels dissapeared :(
