game ping is so high and disconnected from the server

iam having an issue since yesterday before the maint time game disconnects leading to lose of items maps due to the game not saving I had this problem more than 10 times since yesterday
I use a map then the game disconnects and suddenly the teleport gone items, level and the map it self is also gone
everything i did is the last 10 to 15m i lose it

my internet is great didn't had a single block out
iam using Russia server
and the Russian ping is so high and laggy that the map features and content doesn't load
I cant keep playing like this please fix this!
