Where did this new Level-Up Effect come from?

I see in the Poe 2 shop the Wings of the Valkyrie Level-Up Effect, and the only mention of it on the internet anywhere is what appears to be poe2db's data-mining of this most recent update: https://poe2db.tw/Wings_of_the_Valkyrie_Level-up_Effect

I just found it weird they added some new MTX without saying anything, it doesn't appear to come from any supporter pack nor mystery box. I also think it would be nice to see a video of what it looks like before buying
