Cant interact with items, npcs or other events outside of towns

I cannot...:

-... pick up items (including quest items)
-... use waypoints to teleport
-... interact with npcs
-... interact with quest stuff like the rune tree in act 1

I tried fixing it by...:

-... reinstalling the game
-... verifying the files through steam
-... creating a new character
-... restarting the pc

Please help I have been stuck for 10 hours now (also through the patch)

Found a fix, unbind abilities on left click and youre good

I also have this issue, started in the bone pit cant pick up quest items or normal items. cant telport back to town or anything

I found a fix literally some seconds ago, sucks that i only found it after creating a new char but hey.

It has something to do with your skill on left click, unbind it and it worked fine for me again.

15 hours behind now tho

having the same issue, around 00:15 AM today UTC my character stopped being able to click waypoints, pick up items, use portals, use zones.

The game will crash after 15 seconds of running around in a zone.

I can kill enemies and gain exp while in a zone

I can portal into another zone if a friend invites me and I can interact with NPCs in town.

Happens for other characters too

I've fully uninstalled and reinstalled and done integrity check, i've deleted shader caches, tried every rendering backend.

I just saw this, it fixed it for me too :|

I'm strong guessing something happened to poe2's server at that time that corrupted the data of our character's stored left click, removing it flushes it

At the same exact time this first happened to me last evening one of my friends said he got a short rollback so probably some corruption on our character's state in their store :[

thanks the left click thing is the fix for me also. Though i had left click skill forever only became an issue recently
