Jarngreipr doesnt allow upgrading melee gems

Jarngreipr, unique Ringmail Gauntlets, which has the line "Strength can satisfy other Attribute Requirements of Melee Weapons and Melee skills" does not allow the gem to be upgraded but the gem can still be engraved and replaced due to having enough strength to satisfy the other attribute requirements
