Red bar glitch on Self HP/Mana bars above character

Class : Huntress
Spells : Rake / Lightning Spear / Disengage / Herald of Blood
When : Act I and II normal
MTX : tried to disable all and bug is still there

Bug : There's a red portion of the health bar going to right side. Probably a minor error there. The health bar seems "extended" (size is roughly doubled) and the extended part is red

Did you ever find a fix?

I'm getting the same thing on Witch, it seems to be related to Herald of Blood; if I toggle Herald of Blood off then it goes away.

still not fixed, extremely annoying

Still persists, and I confirm I was able to reproduce the issue with Herald of Blood. If I turn it off (on both weapon sets), the glitch goes away. If I re-enable it, it comes back.
