My Character is stuck in The Red Vale

My game was working fine until I got to The Red Vale. Game crashed. And crashes every time I try to log into that character. The character is trying to spawn in The Red Vale because that's where it was when I "logged out." I log into a different character, works fine. Can go anywhere, do anything. But I bring it to Red Vale, it crashes, and now that character is locked to. Is there any way to pull the character out so it loads in somewhere else so I can just avoid The Red Vale?

Edit: I was able to solve my issue. Verifying game files on steam, 1 corrupted file(assuming in Red Vale) that needed to be reacquired. Was able to complete Red Vale quest and continue with campaign. Hopefully this helps others.

I have the same issue. I entered the Red Vale as the Huntress and game crashed. I tried to log in later to see if that helps but everytime I log in to the character, game crashes.
I even tried to start a new character but the game crashed as soon as I entered the Red Vale

Same here. On my third character doing the same thing entering Red Vale.

- Windowed vs fullscreen (all three options)
- Dynamic Res toggled
- VSync toggled
- Reflex toggled
- Updating GPU driver
- Tried new characters (witches and a warrior)

My character is locked with the same issue, there are tones of posts about it on the forums over the last 12 hours.

this issue is not even on the high priority list, which is wild because the characters are basically in the void, completely inaccessible.

To be clear GGG, this is not the vulkan crash, and it is not the serialized by server crash. this is a separate crash that has not been acknowledged yet and has been going on for over 12 hours.

Same issue here, but game crashed loading into Manor Ramparts, now game crashes while loading in every time.

Last season characters load in fine.

SO FUN.

today (april 5th) I RERAN steam verify game files and it's working now (also after GPU drive update)
