Game Crashes when loading

Hey everyone,

i started a new save, rn i m in act 2 game pretty much did not show any Problems.

But now im in the Map lost City and the game crasehd inside a fight.
Now everytime i load the char, the game new i can hear some fighting noise then the game crashes in loading screen.

Any advice how to safe my Charakter?

CPU : I14 14700K
GPU 4080 Super
32 GB RAM

right click poe2 in library list > property > installed files > verify
