Tame Beast bug for monsters with summons

I tamed a rare bug queen or whatever her name is, the big one in the beginning of act 3 which spawns smaller bug minions. The summoned minions are enemies which attack my companion and me. When i try the same with raise specter, the summonded bugs are friendly
