Currency exchange slots occupied from HC standard in SC Dawn

I don't have a character in >act 4 HC so can't access the currency exchange on HC standard - but I have grayed out offers in the AH that I can't remove - in dawn SC.

There should be some option to delete the offers cross-league, because there's no way I'm levelling a character on HC to act 4 just to clear the offers out. Or make currency exchange accessible from act 1.
