Orange Tier Strongbox

I just cleared an Orange tier Strongbox in Act 2. I fought the boss 4 times and it dropped nothing or maybe 1-2 blue items. There were some blue item drops from killing the boss 4 times so I think it came from that rather than rewarding me for the Strongbox.
