My life bar randomly doubles in size

My life bar above my character randomly doubles in size, adding a red bar to the right, I figured it might have something to do with bleeding I inflict.

Exact same bug I experienced. I also expect it has to do with bleed. I remember it appearing right after using a bleed skill with huntress (not reave, the one that is single target and causes explosion if already bleeding). Haven't found a way to make it go away, so I had to turn off mini-bars. |

Update: This can also happen to bosses life bars when playing a bleed build
