Slowed with Relentless Pursuit

Since the 0.2 update, I am still being slowed with Relentless Pursuit. Current condition is happening with Jamanra.

Thanks. Hope it can be fixed soon. Especially since it is mandatory now for the Movement Speed Penalty Reduction.
