I tried going back to 23H3 I tried clearing the cache as GGG support said I tried resetting the options through poe 2 folder erasing the .ini I tried updating my driver I tried Uninstalling/installing the game through steam I tried Asking AI/reddit and GGG support My PC Specs rtx 4070, 64gb ram, water cooled amd 7800x3d processor, rog strix motherboard, installed the POE2 files on C: 2TB m.2 nvme. When I reset it, the movie will run smoothly, only when the cogwheels show up that it will freeze then BSOD Blue screen occurs. I dont get to see the log in screen or to change any options because of this. Can anybody help? Thank you. Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 10:11:11 PM

" Nobody will be able to help until you determine which bug check code you’re getting. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
