Game Not working

Ive Downloaded and verified files on my pc for POE 2 Multiple times once downloaded from Steam I try and start it it gets to a black screen with game cursor then crashes and resorts to desktop. I've tried running adminstrator doesnt work tried to go into the config file and change rendering but nothings there.
