Help - Log-In Keeps Crashing

Dear GGG,

I was soo looking forward to play Dawn of the Hunt. However,
since Friday I was only able to create a new character. Nothing else. The game keeps crashing regardless of updating my graphics, PC, or validating the steam files over and over again. Now I can't even access the character select as it crashes as soon as the GGG intro has finished.

Please help!
