don't get atlas point from corrupted locations, can't complete quest

my friend passing through atlas in corruption zones and get atlas skill points(crystal shards), but i cleared all corruption zone(8+ maps with corruption and tower) and don't get single shard, how can i complete quest and continue progressing atlas?
