Do w/e you want with PoE 2, but don't neglect PoE 1.

GGG please, do whatever you want with poe2. Make it good, bad, delete it...whatever.

But just keep poe1 on schedule and releasing content. I could care less or really wait until you really cook poe2. But keep the game that we have been playing for 13 years alive.

It's rough to play an unfinished, unbalanced game and have you favorite game taken away too.

Yup. "We forked the game so we can innovate without alienating PoE 1 players" is kinda moot if you then proceed to neglect PoE 1 to death.

Look, if you want to make it so that in PoE 2 you get kicked in the balls every time your character gets hit, go ahead. Nobody is forcing anyone to play the game. But holding PoE 1 hostage until PoE 2 is no longer a complete shitshow - which at the current rate will be a long ways out - will make us PoE 1 enjoyers upset. And understandably so.

Agreed. GGG promised us that the development of PoE 2 wont affect the development of PoE 1....

PoE 2 wwon´t be out for a very long time I feel. Still a lot to fix, new classes to add, make the gameplay proper speed and so on...In the meantime many of us is just waiting for new league on PoE.

Do not forget where you come from. Do not forget what game made you rich and famous. Do not forget where your playerbase comes from...
