Is there any decent Huntress with Spear build out?

I am currently in act 1 cruel with huntress and i wanna use the spear (i just don't like picking a class and then not playing the class weapon, why pick the class then at all) but i am having trouble going through bosses, mapping is fine, rake with stomping grounds + explosive spear + lance is clearing everything relatively easy but bosses i have massive problems, act 3 was ok but act 1 cruel is just a slog.

So yeah any ideas are welcome

rake+sg loses power by cruel, you cannot stack enough stats to keep up IMO

try this:
combat frenzy
whirling slash + pin for frenzy charges
lightning spear + volt + whatever for shock
primal strike + whatever for boss damage to consume shock (primal strike is your boss killer)

I highly recommend using a companion that calls down lightning bolts, because they guarantee shock, which lets you spam primal strike on bosses without shocking them yourself. If you get some okay +spirit gear you can also run double companion and related reserve passives for combat frenzy + two lightning bolters, for perma shock and therefore perma empowered primal strike spam. If you can find a pet that has 'attacks always shock (does it exist?)', that would probably be best.

I also recommend you give 'death dance' a try if you find yourself not using parry/disengage at all. The extra speed feels very welcome.

Also you can 'pin' bosses with enough whirling slash spam, just remember to move out of the whirlwind to pop it.

I killed cruel wolf boss in like 15 seconds each phase with primal strike, with a semi-ok spear and garbage gear. Once I fixed up my gear in act 2 everything just gets perma stunned and falls over instantly.

rake / ritualist is ass. over 100 deaths at start of act 6.
