Whirling slash doesn't have vortex, whirl, no animation SOMETIMES (mostly bosses)

So we all know Whirling slash has 3 stages that increase the whirl and aoe.

However I'm currently using Martial Tempo + Pin + Rage
And there are times where the the whirls aren't being created. There's no animation, there's no damage or benefit of the whirls, I can't proc nados off of them nothing. This happens very often, every single time I fight a boss I can't use it. Not sure if its because bosses are so big it breaks the AOE or objects on the ground but I can't even create them on the floor holding shift sometimes, seems to happen the most on bosses.

This is happening to me constantly. Sometimes its there and it just goes away without the explosion as if i stepped out. Sometimes ill be spamming the skill to setup for twisters and no ground effect even happens

This bug appears to be related to namelocking and server desync, and it only gets worse to use as once the bug triggers and you fire a twister, you are effectively locked out of using any part of the combo until all other twisters expire.
