Stomping Ground Support stopped working with Shield Charge

Stomping Ground Support suddenly stopped working with Shield Charge some time in Act 3. Resocketing the support gem doesn't fix it. Resocketing the skill gem doesn't fix it. Logging out doesn't fix it. Changing zones/acts doesn't fix it.

The support still works with other travel skills like Stampede. It might have stopped working with Shield Charge when I temporarily moved the support to Stampede.

Creating a new support gem from an uncut gem fixed the issue. The old gem still doesn't work.
