Atlas progression bug - Nexus of Corruption [1050389355]

I finished a corruption nexus map and received no points to progress atlas.

I've failed my first nexus map and had to move to another group of corruption. The second nexus map had additional encounters - Expedition and Boss Map. I've killed all the rares and completed expedition before getting into boss fight. Got killed the first time, re-spawned and killed the boss on the second attempt. Map was marked as completed, but no corrupted boss spawned, and no Crystalline Shard was given. Remaining corrupted maps in the area changed to cleansed.

DId you solve the problem? i got the same...
