Disconnected from server & Failed to connect to instance

I got a big goldsmith's orb. And the server crashed and my orb rolled back and I lost it. What can I do? It is terribly frustrating that the servers are in such a terrible state that constantly rolls back your passage of maps and things you found on them. It makes me so sad. I want to quit this game because of this.
