POE 2, Payday 3 What are these companies doing that they manage to ruin the original vision...... Halo did it with Halo reach, COD just out right ruined themselves with anything after BO2. Anyone want to add to the list feel free copy paste add!

Command & Conquer 4 (lol): Good thing was it was the last entry
Supreme Commander 2: I think Supreme Commander Forged Alliance is the best RTS ever made and then they make Sup Com 2 (which is actually a solid RTS in isolation) but it followed the best. Nowadays, you can play BAR (beyond all reason, a remake of Total Annihilation) that is absolutely free and puts 99% of RTSs to shame.

Also, I'd like to mention good sequels that built on and absolutely enhanced the original in almost every way.
1. Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance after the original Total Annihilation

3. Sacred 2
4. Horizon Forbidden West
5. Tie Fighter after Xwing.

3. Sacred 2

I play sacred 2 still to this day at least every other week, such a GREAT GREAT arpg a true hidden gem. Sacred 3 was a let down on the level of poe 2 for me.
