I want to find out why support ignores my emails.

Please tell me why support has been ignoring my messages for the third day now, when they answered my request and asked me to provide proof that my account was mine, and I bought access to POE 2. I've attached all the screenshots from the official steam mailing list to the message. Where it is even indicated that the message in which they provided the data is official and suitable for authentication.
I also added screenshot shots from my steam account, which is linked to the official GGG account, where the game is in my library and 43.7 hours have been played.
And the website itself says that the last time I was in the game was on April 7, 2025. And this data is definitely not from POE 1, since I last played it on November 16, 2021.
So answer me here on the forum. Or I'll go make a refund. Since this is a scam, I paid for the game, and you took away my access for no reason!

Does the website specifically mention the game, or is it just showing when you were last active? If you visit the website while logged in, your account is inherently active.
