From my own testing:
With about 60-70% crit chance, 48-59 from the node and 12 as base, in over 10 minutes of attempts sniper's mark was only consumed in about 1 hit out of 10, meaning the entirety of the extra crit chance is completely ignored. And if it was just a tooltip mistake it would not make sense, the 142-134% hit rate as 25% would still amount to an about +10% crit rate, meaning a total of 20%. Really bummed out that my build currently amounts to nothing with heavy accuracy investment, at least the Penetrate node works, but it's not even close to enough to carrying my build. Also, the bilibili video's link seems to be dead. |
