Soul tether not working

Im a blood mage with soul tether, the overleech from my ascendancy is not going to energy shield...

I did several tests, leech only works in my life, when I'm full life leech doesn't fill the energy shield, to carry out the tests I used zealot's oath to negate the soul tether degen with a correct value of life regen so the only way to heal the energy shield would be through leech, but the energy shield didnt change.

This one has been broken since release of 0.1.
Now why wasn't it removed from the game while it's still broken I guess we'll never know. |

Still broken. Sad face here because I literally just respecced my entire character around it and dropped another 50d on items to get it to this point
