Non-Channeling Skills have -# to Total Mana Cost Does not work

Hi, Non-Channeling Skills have -# to Total Mana Cost Crafter prefix does not work. It changes mana cost amount in skill description, but skill consumes same amount of mana, doesn't matter with or without active prefix.

I'm going to assume this is on your SSF Phrecia character and you crafted over the modifier.

Mine skills are slightly tricky with that craft. They both have a cost to throw and a reservation until detonated. So the -mana is only going to affect the cost to throw, not the reservation itself. Because the reservation is locked into the base cost and the -mana would happen after.

If you still think this is a bug with the cost to throw portion, I would include video of before and after the ring with -mana cost is equipped.

Yes, it's Phrecia SSF, Power Siphon mines.
In the description - yes, mana cost for throwing skill is 10 Mana and I get 5 Mana for mana reservation. I throw a mine and I get -15 mana, -10 from skill, -5 goes to reserved mana.

I put a ring with -7 Mana cost, I throw a mine, it should be -8 Mana total, 3 Mana from throwing a mine and -5 mana to reservation but I still get -15 Mana for throwing mines with ring equipped.
