Possible Glacial Lance performance issue on Series X

I'm not certain Glacial Lance is the culprit, but I believe it has only happened when I was trying to use it. When using Glacial Lance as a primary attack skill there have been several instances where the game ends up locking up for a few seconds, then resumes. This usually happens to the person using the skill, though I think party members (also on Series X) have had it happen to them as well.
