Act 3 Cruel, Ignabok bricked / character progression halted, forced to reroll

Please fix this bug. It's been around since the launch of early access. My whole character is just totally bricked out. I'm having issues with the transition of the game from normal to cruel / riverbed problems again where its not registering it completed as well. I get sent to a ziggurat that has no waypoint as well constantly and am forced to walk forever to a waypoint. I'm really frustrated, my character is bricking out on maps without that spirit...please help
