I have made a leveling and endgame guide for the Witch with the Lich Ascendancy that focuses on minions. Planner: https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/3frf0ih8 Video with last boss in cruel campaign and the first map done after: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VO_4B2mprM I started with a standard SSF character (clean run) and after doing the first map after campaign I migrated the character to standard trade to test higher tier content with a bit better gear (Mid) gear setup. I finished campaign before any % life nerf to enemies and before they recently buffed minion damage with like 50% more damage. followed the raw version of this guide and was very pleased!
currently at cruel. I had to switch out them snipers for the ice mages on act 2 boss though, he was being VERY unreasonable. managed all the trials so far on lvl. but also got rly lucky with finding +minion lvl gear from the merchants. @hoffen i've seen many ppl talk about fireball instead of firewall after a certain lvl (player lvl 31+) for srs, since that one got heavily buffed. I have not tried it yet though. any thoughts on it? also rly appreciate the new guide! great work! EDIT: u rly was not kidding with the warning about the spectres. these guys are insane. the visual clutter is crazy as well. x) any suggestions what to replace Unearth with? Thanks for this. After slugging my way through the 1st 4 Acts with chaos and snipers the immediate improvement was amazing.

FOUND YOU okay so i got your build off maxroll and it's great but can you please explain the logic of changing alchemists for spectres? I think i got the bombers. I think? they toss fire bombs right? Why, at that moment, do you ALSO change flammability for despair? Does the extra chaos damage scale better or something? I can't figure it. I'm still doing fire damage. I still have fire skulls and flame walls. Why despair?

" Vaal guards bombs deal 80% physical and 20% fire damage. Since Unholy might adds 30% extra chaos damage that is scaled more than the 20% fire damage. The majority of enemies also have more elemental resistance rather than chaos resistance. If you use Arsonists instead, you should still use the flammability curse.
