Jarngreipr Gloves And Recovery With Rake

Using Jarngreipr did not allow me to level up rake to next level cuz of dex attribute requirement, even tho I have enough str to cover for it. After I leveled it and reverted dex back to str it kept working.

Another Issue I am having is physical leech while using rake. All my other physical abilities provide recovery from leech, but rake does not. At all. Supports I have in it are Stomping ground and concentration effect, I Feel like reason might be stomping ground.
