POE2 is COOKING my GPU.

on launch i've been able to play the game on max setting mostly fine. and taking things down to medium or swapping to vulkin with high i was still maintaining well over 60+ FPS... NOW it's spiking my GPU to 100% in the title screen. past few days if i play long enough or let the game idle my whole pc shuts off. just updated my drivers today hopefully this helps.

I'm using AMD Radeon RX 5700XT. haven't changed any parts.
i've tried changing in game settings to be lower, directx11, vulkin with low and everything just cranks my gpu up to 100% even in the title screen.
