Omen of Amelioration is not working neither in end game or expetion map. Is this a bug or intentional?

Current nerf made the game harder, which is more fun (until some point). However, there is absolutely no chance to improve characters after certain level. Is trying new classes every week is the only aim now? Or at least, there will be increase in the level cap ?

Weird idea but maybe adding more skill point quests, might close the gap of actually getting destroyed in the end game?

For me, the biggest appealing thing in poe2 was the options provided by the design of the skill tree. However, after the new update, 80% of the points goes to survival skills, like ES and Evasion, leaving no choice for a different/hybrid build.

Yeah. seems like resurgence was also active.
