"Bannerman" notable does not work when leaving the banner of allies

I took the Notable Bannerman (Banner Buffs linger on you for 4 seconds after you leave the Area) and when i leave the Area of another Player the buff does not linger.

I also think the wording is a bit misleading, because I first thought it would apply to my party Members.

I would love it when Bannerman just did: "Your Banner Buffs linger for 4 seconds"

The Bannerman Notable passive skill now clarifies that only your Banner buffs linger on you when you leave the Banner area.
