Unable to complete "Silent Cave" unique map after killing the main boss

Basically the title, i killed the main boss but i can't open the 2 remaining essences, but it says that the map is still in progress.

Same Issue. I was able to kill all the Essence Mobs as well as the boss and portal out.. but no map completion or Atlas Points.
