My game stutters like crazy when I cast anything at all with dusk vigil ashen staff

I can’t link my video with it but I can’t cast anything at all with that specific staff on my sorceress. It makes it hard to play along with the handful of other performance bugs I’ve been getting. And it sucks cause it was a very cool staff. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with ember fusillade. I have ultra performance mode on and have barely changed any other settings.
