Bought Game, Can't Even Log in, It says account locked

Hello anyone had this issue? I bought the game on Feb 11th, got the error, account locked please contact support. I did and they actually responded. Support showed me they existed like a tease on a corner! Not only that they engaged and asked questions and reeled me in! I answered their questions and then ghosted like a catfish on a broken line!

HERE I SIT WITH A BRAND NEW GAME I HAVE NEVER PLAYED AND NEVER GOT TO CREATE A CHARACTER FOR BECAUSE I cannot log in.

HOW, why and then why how?
