Network spikes to 3000ms When using combat frenzyy

I recently started using combat frenzy on my lightning spear druid and as soon as i turn it on my network beggins spiking. Not sure how this happens but have seen a few threads on reddit and thought I would bring it here since it is game breaking and my game has yet to recover.
