Patch .02 Act 3 Zigguraut Crashing

Attempting to load into the game if my character is in the Act 3 Zigguraut Encampment causes the game to crash. Even when I swap to Vulkan and manage to just barely load in, the game STILL crashes after a minute or two if I do not leave the Zigguraut.

I don't know the cause of it, but it seems to be true for either DX12 or Vulkan and only seems to occur in the encampment.
