Bug: Sacred Flame unique sceptre not applying lowest elemental resistance changes to enemies
 When testing against Beira of the Rotten Pack as an example, she is weak to fire and resistant to cold. Using Sacred Flame does not adjust her resistances visually, nor does it change the elemental damage dealt in testing. Last bumped on Apr 8, 2025, 10:42:12 PM
