Giant´s Blood + Sunder bugged?

I an the stats it shows as having the same attack time as normal two handed weopon but it has much slower attack time reminding me of the old attack time making Giant´s Blood + Sunder half the dps as normal two handed sunder

Bump for visibility - I observe the same behavior. it seems the 0.9 seconds to attack time double dips and is applied to both weapons, leading to a much slower attack than with 1 weapon

Bumping this one because GB right now is useless, and cost a ton to swap into.
