Evasion Still fully bugged,

I am a level 86 witch with 880 evasion rating but my character sheet says '0% chance to evade' this is still the bug since early access launch where the trial debuff stays on the character even after you complete the trial? Please Fix this, defense is hard enough in this game. Now I have 0% chance to evade to make it even harder?
