missing item

Good morning,

I contacted you via email and was redirected here. 2-3 days ago, while playing with a friend (CasperOMG), he got Enfolding Dawn
Pilgrim Vestments (I have a photo of the item if necessary) and I threw it on the ground for him to pick up. I picked it up, equipped it, continued playing, and after 2 minutes, we were kicked out of the game (which kept kicking us out) and the item disappeared because the save point the server probably chose was when the item was on the ground.
