Stun threshold doesnt work for block

I run build with svalinn, with some stun threshold on my gear and on passive tree, and ive got stun locked so many times, even in usual maps without stun buildup for mobs on it, in stun buildup maps i literally can stay in stun (or it not stun, mb block animation for hits wich could stun) for like 10-15 seconds straight, even anti stun charm doesnt work.
