Berserk not reflecting Rage Effect

Equipping the Berserk buff skill does not show a change in skill dps for the rage effect. Not sure if the % rage granted by berserk does not work or if it is a tool tip problem. But, dps granted from rage is the same when berserk is active or not. Easy to replicate, go into zone get 1 rage, dps goes up. Turn off berserk, get 1 rage, the dps is the same value.
