Ancient Vows (Quest) cant be finished

i stuck at the Quest Ancient Vows, becouse i cant put the Kabala Clan Relic and the Sun Clan Relic into the shrine. Shrine interface dont open. So i cant finish quest and cant get stat boost.

Tried to reload map, restart game and more. Nothing help.
