Past & Present bugged

Act 3 cruel ziggurat got stuck in the past. The big portal seem to be closed for me. I asked couple people whoever was using that big portal to travel between past to present, they did not have any issues and their portal was open. I cannot use portal to get back to present. ıt happened while everyone getting dced yesterday. I cannot tp to zigurat refugee either, if i want to go to there i have to go to zigurat (past) and then go all the way down the stairs to get to zigurat refugee...
